Founding and Managing Attorney

Max is a litigation-focused attorney who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes across Colorado. His practice blends strategic advocacy with practical problem-solving, helping clients navigate high-stakes legal disputes efficiently and effectively.

Max knows the law, is extremely well-prepared, and employs a strategic approach when representing each client. Max brings broad experience across commercial, general civil, real estate, employment and domestic relations matters. Whether resolving disputes before litigation or aggressively advocating in court, he is known for delivering clear guidance and results-oriented representation.

During his free time, Max loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys living in Littleton with his wife and their two young children. Max is an avid skier and likes other outdoor activities, including hiking and camping. He also has a passion for music and enjoys attending live performances.
